Global Design Project: Colour Challenge

This past week my Mother-in-Law asked if she could take the boys for a few days... Twist my rubber arm!!! So... I had, almost, 3 days to myself! 3 DAYS! Now I probably should have done a major clean or organized something... but forget that! I went shopping, I napped, I visited friends and I crafted!

Since I had more time then usual to craft, I decided I wanted to play along with a challenge. I haven't done one in a while and I really do like them. So I hopped on over to the Global Design Project for their colour challenge this week #gdp049!
The colours for this week's challenge are: Pear Pizzazz, Flirty Flamingo and Daffodil Delight. To me, that combination is very tropical, so I immediately reached for my Pineapple stamp. I love this stamp.  It's the perfect size for the standard card.

Along with the pineapple stamp, I used Timeless Textures and Thoughtful Branches stamp sets. My accessories are the 5/8" Burlap Ribbon, gold enamel dots, gold sequin trim and the clear Wink of Stella, Glimmer Brush.

Thanks for checking out my card today. Make sure to check out the Global Design Project to see all the other Colour Challenge samples. Happy creating!
