Creation Station Blog Hop

It's the 3rd Sunday of the month! Time for another Creation Station Blog Hop! This week's hop guidelines:
Theme/ Stamps: New Product! Feature anything from the up coming Holiday Catalogue!

Tool: Embossing! Powders or Folders.

If you're already hopping, then you just came from the talented Jen Arkfeld's blog. If you're just stopping in, No problem! Start here and hop on through, following the Creation Station's hop buttons!

So… I have to admit that I haven't actually done my pre-order yet for the upcoming holiday catalogue (Say What!?!) I know, I know… Horrible! I didn't think I could participate but my lovely team suggested that I feature a Christmas set that carried over into the Annual catalogue and focus on the embossing part…Not as fun but ok… But then my friend Marcy came to my rescue. We got together for a little playdate and I got to check out all of her new pre-order goodies! Although I didn't have a chance to stamp anything, I did die cut a few of the new Pillow Box components! So, although I'm not featuring a new upcoming stamp set, my package is the new Square Pillow Box Thinlits. Oh and I did add embossing ;)

For my package I used the brick wall embossing folder. I love this folder. Not only is it a great texture, but if you add ink to it, you can create an array of insanely cool brick wall patterns! Not sure of what I mean? Check out this link on Pinterest! I added Real Red ink onto Real Red cardstock.

I embellished my box with the Wondrous Wreath Bundle… Which you've seen before… sorry.

I stamped, Old Olive, Garden Green and Real Red onto Pear Pizzazz cardstock. The thread behind my wreath, is actually the Very Vanilla Thick Baker's twine, broken down to the very last thread.

Well, thank you for hopping in, I hope you enjoyed today's creations. Next up is the talented Kathy Kartak. Enjoy the rest of the hop!
