Grow, Grow, GROW!

Happy Wednesday! One day closer to the week end!

Today I'm sharing another project using the "Sweet Laughter" stamp set. I hope you are enjoying all the different ideas that you can do with this stamp set as I still have 2 more to share after today.

I really like the sentiment that coordinates with the flower image in this stamp set. I was inspired to play on the word "grow"so with a lot of masking and a lot of stamp-a-ma-jigging. (yes. that's a word. LoL) later, the flower grows in length as you pull up the card insert.

As you pull up the insert, it also reveals that it's holding a gift card! How fun is that!?! At the bottom, when the card wont pull out any further, I stamped the little flower and the second sentiment: I sure hope so!

As much as I would like to say that I lined up everything perfectly, I can't... This one was a tough one. So to cover any slight mis-alignments, I cut out some leafs and added them to the flower's stem.

I really like the element of surprise in this card: the growing flower and the gift card! I'm positive any mom would love to receive it!

Well, that's number 3 out of 5 projects using the "Sweet Laughter" stamp set. If you would like to see all of them, plus others, check out Stampin' Up! Saturdays on the Scrapbook & Cards Today Blog. You'll also have a chance to win the stamp set on their blog.

Thanks for stopping in today and make sure to click on my photos for a closer view! Happy Creating everyone!
