Happy Easter!

Hello everyone and Happy Easter!!! I hope you are having a wonderful Easter holiday.

Today is the 1st Monday of the month, which usually means: Blog Hop time. But unfortunately, I wasn't able to participate this time around <insert sad face here> as I don't own the feature stamp set.

This week the Crew are featuring the stamp set: Painted Petals. Make sure to take a few minutes and check out their hop! I can't wait to see what they have created.

Today I'm sharing a little Easter craft that I did with my group home class this month. We made these little paper baskets and decorated them with an adorable little bunny!

I must apologize for the poor quality of my project... this little guy traveled with me and got a little bent and folded and sprinkled on with rain, before I had a chance to photograph him. but I'm sure you can see pass all that, to still see his cuteness!

Now, I wish I could say that I invented the basket, all on my own... but I can't. I found a great pattern, HERE on pinterest. You'll notice my basket is a little different... I kept my basket really simple and didn't weave it as many times (I need to keep it simple for the class), but the option is certainly there. I also added a rim to mine to complete the look.

Mr Bunny is constructed out of a bunch of framelits and punches... and don't worry... I didn't forget the tail!

Thanks for stopping in and Happy Easter!
