Mr. Bunny

I can't believe this is my first Easter post of the season! I LOVE Easter! Love, love, love it! However, with it being earlier in the month, It has kind of snuck up on me :(

Today I'm sharing a Shoebox swap card that I created. (Not sure what a shoebox swap is? Read here.) This time around we were making, Mother's Day, Father's Day and Easter Cards! Well, of course, I chose to do Easter!

My inspiration for this card is found here on Pinterest. I loved the rustic feel to it. I didn't have any old books kicking around, but luckily SU has the specialty DSP: Typeset. I punched out my shapes and aged them a bit with Sahara Sand, sponge daubed around the edges.

I created the grass with Burlap Ribbon and added some Venetian Trim and Crisp Cantaloupe: Thick Baker's Twine for a soft touch to the card.
Thanks for stopping in! Happy Creating!
