Valentine School Treats
Today I'm sharing what I made for my son's class.
A while back a friend of mine came over for a stamp date and she brought along her stamp set: Hey Valentine! She was gracious enough to allow me to stamp out a whole bunch of the cute little bird images to make my son's valentines.
I wanted my son's treats to be gender neutral, so I kept to good, old, traditional red.
blendabilities, his heart: Cherry Cobbler blendabilities, his boots: Daffodil Delight blendabilities (the light shade), his beak: Pumpkin Pie blendabilities (the light shade), and the hearts on the back: Cherry Cobbler blendabilities (the light shade)
Mini Treat Bag Thinlits.
To attach them to my 1" X 8" treat bags, I cut a slit in the center of the pennant. I then fed the treat bag through the slit and tied it shut with Basic Grey Baker's Twine.
Thankfully I started early and had all 25 of them ready to go this morning, and without rushing at the last minute. My son liked them and I hope all the kids did too.
Thanks for stopping in and Happy Creating!
