Christmas Wishes. See you in the New Year!

I have always loved the Holidays, but I love it even more, now that I have children of my own. Seeing the excitement and the magic of the season through their eyes, is enough to melt your heart!
This month, I've been busy making holiday memories with my boys and making it as magical as possible for them, but in turn, I have failed at blogging. I do apologizes, but they're only young and innocent once and I'm sure you can understand, that I'm going to enjoy every moment of it, while I still can.
So in saying that, I'm going to share this one last card with you and then sign off for the Holidays. But don't worry, I'll be back in January! If I happen to post between now and then, YAH! But if not, you know why!

Today's card, is what I consider, a very traditional holiday card. There is no fancy layout, no fancy technique and no current trend. It's just a classy Holiday Wreath with a christmas greeting and I love it. It reminds me of an old fashion Christmas.

I created my wreath with a *NEW stamp set and a *NEW punch that is available January 28th through SALE-A-BRATION! I'm a tease, I know, but I couldn't resist using it!

I stamped the dotted flag image with Gumball Green ink (top layer) & Garden Green ink (under layer) onto Gumball Green card stock. Punched them out and then adhered them around in a circle pattern on Crumb Cake card stock. I then added rhinestones that I coloured with a red sharpie marker (love this technique!) for a little bling!

My greeting is from the stamp set: Joy to the World and is stamped in Real Red ink on Whisper White card stock. For an extra little touch, I added a little Cherry Cobbler Baker's twine bow with a rinestone in the centre. Everything is mounted on Gumball Green, Real Red and Garden Green card stock.

From my family to yours:

Merry Christmas
and a
Happy New Year!
