Meet Rudolph!

*** UPDATE***
Tutorial has been posted here! ENJOY!

I have to apologize for today's and yesterday's post.  I know that you visit my blog for digital and paper crafting idea's and that these last 2 post haven't really provided either of those.  But, I just can't help it. I'm a crafter! I'm not JUST a paper crafter or JUST a digital crafter, I'm a EVERYTHING crafter. You name it and I've probably dabbled in it! (although since meeting Stampin' Up! I've gotten a lot better at that!)

I don't know why, but for some reason, when Christmas creeps up, I like to start creating projects that have a little more longevity to them.

Today I an sharing another Christmas decoration with you. Meet Rudolph!!! He is made from 1 strip of  the fabulous 1 1/4" Burlap Ribbon, candy dots, Cherry Cobbler card stock and Cherry Cobbler ink. His antlers are just a few cut up branches from outside and I assembled him using my trusty hot glue gun!

One thing that is nice about rudolph, is that he is able to hold a sweet little treat in his "mouth" or maybe he could even carry a rolled up bill for those more money type gifts! ;)

Thanks for stopping by. I hope you liked todays creation.
Happy Christmas creating!!!

  9. The ears I think are done by cutting a square, fold into a triangle and fold pointed tips back to give the ear shape and dimension.
