A BIG Star!!!

Today I'm sharing with you a pretty simple, but elegant project.

Did you know that Stampin Up! sells individual stamps outside of the annual catalogue? They do, and this BEAUTIFUL star, just happens to be one of them currently available!

When it first came out, I knew that I eventually wanted to own it. But then I saw this cute little project on pinterest, and I just had to have it! (I wish I had the gold ink pad too!) It also inspired my little project today.

I made a little box that holds 4 little, 3x3 cards.
I stamped the star in Crushed Curry Ink and my greeting in Early Espresso Ink on Naturals Ivory card stock.

*PLEASE NOTE * The Naturals card stock is a little different then our regular card stock and the ink does not dry immediately, especially with the new formula of inkpads. If you want to duplicate this project: stamp your star, dry it with your heat gun and THEN stamp your greeting. If you stamp one right after the other, this is what happens...

So do you want to know something awesome about this little project?
The box was created with...
THE ENVELOPE PUNCH BOARD!!!

Have you seen this hot new item yet? If not, you need to check it out! Watch the video to learn all about it!

When it first came out, I didn't want it. I mean, an envelope is an envelope and I could just pull one out of a box... But then my friend Christine, shared this video (which I got the box from) and my friend Lyn, showed me 5 other projects you can do with the board and now... I WANT IT!!!

Yep, I want it, I don't own it! I'm using my Mother-in-Law's right now, she lives out of town, so I haven't seen her yet, to give her, her order. But don't worry, she knows I'm using it!

Happy Creating and make sure to check out, Inch of Creativity on Facebook! I'll be posting Stampin' Up's latest promotions there!
Cheers!
